It could be a vitamin deficiency, or you can have low iron, and be anemic. If that's the case you could buy some iron pills, do you eat green veggies? But, if possible you should try and go to the doctor and get your blood drawn. If you don't have that option, you should get some vitamins, and iron pills. You need to pay attention to these signs though, I fainted and found that I had an iron deficiency, and low blood. Be Blessed!

Do you think you might have Mono?
When I had Mono I never had any energy. Walking around my house was exhausting.
I'd have your doctor do a quick Mono spot test. You should have the results back pretty fast.
In the meantime, do you take vitamins? If not I'd recommend taking a basic multi-vitamin, but it sounds like you might have something more serious going on than a vitamin deficiency.

Definitely take a multi vitamin and up your water intake, if you are a big drinker of caffinated beverages try limiting your intake or completely stop drinking them altogether. You can also eat more protein because it gives you more energy for a longer time period then carbohydrates will. If you feel worse or this feeling persists even after trying to fix it yourself then definitely go to a doctor or hospital and have them run tests. Good luck!

Well, let me tell you that no energy drinks like red-bull and full throttle don't work. and if he would Just maybe take a few breaks when he is walking the 10 miles, it would help. and also slow the business down a little if u can, and maybe hire a few more people so that he isn't so busy with work. He might have mono,?

it could be almost anything. just to be sure, take vitamins, get sleep and excerise, vary your foods and diet, and drink plenty of water. If it continues for another week or so, ask your doctor.
