Happiness can mean differently with a lot of people.. but for me happiness is a state of being .. happiness was when touched my husband's hands while we were in bed... happiness is eating with my family on weekends.. happiness is when my feet was touching the sands on the beach ... happiness is when i see the sunset .. happiness is winning the lottery...happiness is when I felt the kiss of my little brother.. happiness is when I am standing on a top of the mountain and seeing the view of the city.happiness is a moment and its fleeting .. contentness can mean being content with what you have .. and being happy about what you have

Happiness is the absence of sorrow, and contentness is the presence of both hope and completion

Happiness is state of being indeed, but happiness that has a reason will not last. One must master the art of reasonless happiness which in turn will bring contentness.

And a big fat joint never hurts.
