My friend, who is to say what is truth or not. One who vehemently swears it is not true, is just a big a fool as the one that swears it is true, (without first hand seeing it). I often do not believe the person telling the account. And there are times when I believe that the person telling the account, actually did see something. But what that something was, is open to interpretation. An open mind is best, instead of just living life in denial and mistrust. My answer to your question would be as follows: With accounts and reports from so many diverse sources, I would tend to believe that something does exist to make people believe so. What that something actually is, is another question altogether.

It's in Point Pleasant, West Virginia and some of the surrounding areas. Many people believe it's true, but I can't say whether it is or not.
