No there are not and any with names that sound similar are likely referring to more than one level of government. Such as Prime Minister of Canada and Premier of the Province of Alberta. There is a provincial governor general (queens rep in the province) as well as a Federal Governor General. (Queens rep to Federal Government). I am pretty certain though that other than associate or assistants no one carries the same title for the same job. It would cause political and judicial chaos.

Very naughty.

I think we all know the answer.

But we are ashamed of accepting such kind of an arrangement. Surprisingly we cant do anything about it. We are forced to stay with this.

Aren't they (politicians or the particular party) not ashamed of bluffing or fooling the people of the country. And look at their audacity - they call it sacrifice and what not. Shameless bbbb. They have made history by such kind of acts.
