My question is do you notice an unpleasant taste in your mouth combined with a strange smell in your house coinciding with your headache and the replacement of the filters? If yes then you may have a problem with some of the chemicals associated or replacing the filter may have kicked up mold spores or something else that would cause a headache.

If not then your headache is being caused by something else. It could be a stress headache, miss alignment in your neck, sinus problems, or a whole plethora of things. Take a couple of your favorite over the counter pain relievers and go to bed. In the morning if your headache is still there then test out the filter idea by getting a new filter of a different brand and switching out the filters. If that doesn't help or if If your condition worsens dramatically then contact your doctor. A persistent headache could be a sign of something serious!

I doubt it, but if you cut a lime in half, and rub it on your forehead, it will get rid of your headache.
