I have a background on myspace that says "remote hotlinking is not allowed" how do I get rid of this http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=3479215

Seems this the site you "Leeched" the img from has software to detect your linking directly to it and put up the print to let you know you can't do that...LOL.
Just download the img you want and host it on another site you can link to like photobucket.com.

Luckily I know how to do html so I do my own myspace backgrounds...but what you should do is find a picture you want for your background, upload it to an image-hosting site such as photobucket.com or imageshack.com and then go to www.deltox.com. That site will help you generate a background with the picture you choose or if you don't want to go through all the trouble of choosing your coloring for words and text etc then you can use one of their premade layouts. I love them.
