I love all cheeses. I have yet to find one, I don't like prepared in one way or another. I enjoy a Limburger, sweet onion and rye bread sandwich. I love Swiss cheese with really rare roast beef, mayo and a little salt and pepper. MMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!
