Generally, you get what you pay for.
It costs money to make video lessons and to maintain a website that supports video lessons. Advertisers can support websites to a point, but the expense involved in maintaining a video website may be more than can be readily generated by advertisers.
There are some algebra lessons online that are not animated videos, and they are supported by advertisers or educational sites, and free to the end user. A few of my favorites are

Wellllll , the contradictory parts of that sentence are
Quality and Free . . .
Next to no one does work for free , unless it is a gov sponsored thing, then the quality is , uhhh,
OK, let's not go there . . .

its free which is why math lessons are hard to find. alot of people need help with math and so people capitalize on that and charge for something that is in demand. i hope you find what you need on this site. if not....try your local library. they may have videos for you to check out in this area.....and its free also.
