Hi. Every material can 'transport' electricity if the voltage is high enough. Or there is moisture in the material. Especially with salt in the moisture.

Many liquids conduct electricity. If the bread is very moist (fresh), it is possible that it might be able to carry a small amount of current.

If you think you received a shock from bread, it was most likely static electricity discharge from a nearby object.

Bread (flour) would NOT be a conductor unless it was wet.
