How old do you need to be to buy tickets to disney in orlando?

also, what is the cheapest way to get them? right from the gate, or from some other source?

however, i need to be able to get them by tommorow at 9 am.

You have to be at least 18 years or older and you can get them from the gate at each park, but be prepared to stand in line.
