I though it was a good movie, interesting. But if I was in Jim Carrey's shoes, and I started noticing that everything came out to 23...I would just be like "Hmm, that's weird." I wouldn't start freaking out like everyone in the movie...would you?

i saw it too today, and i would freak out if i was in his shoes, because you have to take into account that not just everything adds up to 23 but things in the book seem as if there taken from his life which it is, key points in the book where out of tales he read as a child as well as slightly altered versions of his -current- life, i'll try to not give away to much incase some of these people get past the personal opinions of the lazy fat *** mother ******* who get paid to watch movies, i must admit - sweet gig - but you cant really trust them, i heard it was horrible, but i went to see it anyways because im a Jim Carrey Fan and wanted to see if he was the Jean Claude Van Dam of comedy (only being able to do the one type of movie) but he kicked *** in this movie, its probly my pic for best Jim Carrey Movie of all time if only second to the first Ace Ventura

Actually they have it all wrong in the movie. Everything is related to 666. Even 2 times 3 is 6! So 23 is just part of 666.
I have to admit, while watching the movie 23, I started thinking back how in college I could scare the other girls in the dorm by proving that certain dates in history were tied in to the anti-Christ and 666. I was there thinking "Today is February 25, 2007 so that's 2-25-2007 and 2 + 2 + 5 + 2 + 7 = 18; 6 + 6 + 6 =18! so today is 666!
Anyone can play all kinds of games with numbers. Given some time, I could take your social security number and make it into 18 (6 + 6 + 6) or into 6 or whatever.
