hey my friend,
Bible Says in the life time of man 'there is no happiness or satisfaction except eating his food and his drink which came from his hard work in the vanity of life".. so the happiness means it should come inside out... no can know very well except yourself.. at the same happiness also,. when we born the problems were born with us. we born with crying.. so try to live and try to like what you have instead of looking others life.. if we feel everyday about our inabilites and poverty we will not live our life....... so be it is in your hand and it is upto you
hopt it works..
ask a divine help and read some spritiual books and meditate to find the ways of happiness...

I'm not sure I'm really following your question, but if you're asking why aren't humans happy all the time, then here's my answer.
It would be virtually impossible for everyone to be happy all the time. There are too many negative influences on anyone's daily activities that are beyond their control to sustain total happiness. Friends or family can become sick or injured, or you get into an accident. You might be put in a difficult situation, such as foster kids who have an unhappy home life, and sometimes not much better with a foster family, just to name a few.
However, that being said, I think the majority of people, (at least the people I know and meet on a daily basis), are in some degree of happiness most of the time.

What?
I bring things & take things. There is still some happiness in the world. I may not have been very happy in the past 12 hours (maybe because I hate my job & I have to work this weekend! Argh!) but I am still capable of feeling happiness & I know that I will again. Everyone can experience it. Sometimes it can be a struggle when life is difficult & we don't feel like there's much to be happy about. But we have to choose to be happy & appreciate the little things. We have to focus on what is good & beautiful in life & ignore what is bad & ugly. We can't be happy all of the time but we can be happy sometimes. If we're lucky, it may be often...but we have to choose it, even when it's not easy...

True. You never brought or take anything physically.
But then your trail of karma imprinted or embedded onto u will cause certain actions which you may have to do willingly or unwillingly; knowingly or unknowingly.
If you are unhappy, enjoy the plus aspects of the unhappiness and carry on.
You only one way to go.

a lot of times something or someone brings us down... pain; envy; death; losing<<<>>>it happens but if we had a better attitude it wouldnt. Everything happens for a reason... its like a chain reaction you do something and it leads to another and the outcome isnt always great but its about making the best of it. I think life is like a test and its all about choices and attitude.
its our own choice not to necessarily be happy all the time....

happiness is not in our life or around us. but happiness comes from our hearts , our mindset , our nature and to some extent the situations. there are some who have nothing in life but are content and thus happy. there are some who have everything still dissatisfied and thus unhappy.
problems in life cause unhappiness. but again one's attitude towards problems does matter. God allows probs in our lives to make us better people. So Faith in Him at the worst situation and love can keep us happy.
though easy to say it is hard to keep it up. but endurance till the end will save us.

I guess we keep thinking about self promotion and self gain and self esteem and self.... etc. etc
Our happiest times are when we are working, playing or involved in an absorbing activity.....and have cut out the 'self' aspect.

Desires bring unhappiness. Lord Buddha says, on account of desires man is suffering in samsara.
