Absolutely not. Numbers have no more impact on your life than you want them to. If you are superstitious, you are more likely to be looking for an odd correlation between events. If you are pessimistic, you are more likely to focus on the bad things that happen to you.

The number 666 was known as the mark of the beast because it was the numerical equivalent of Caesar's name. It's just secret code for the Hebrews so they could talk about Caesar without the Romans knowing what they were saying. It's only evil in the movies, so maybe it's a sign that it's time for a horror movie marathon.
