Nonagist means simply non-ageism like nonsexist and non-racist. Being fair to the aged or old.

It's not really an accepted term. You won't find it in any dictionary. But it refers to anything or any person who does not discriminate based on age. It's the opposite of "agist," which means discrimination based on age.
