I've heard it's bad luck and impossible to go to sleep when one's brain is too full. However, I'd like to be able to "empty my brain" every now and then however knowing how to has been the problem. Got any suggestions?

It's hard to wrong with your basic orgasm. The fantasy leading you there will push other thoughts out and the climax will slam the door shut on your now empty mind.

Of course, I'm a guy and our thinking is not always a function of our brains.

Empty your brain? Sounds like a procedure that requires a drill. Its funny, and I don't mean to sound sexist, but this question almost always seems to come from women. Could it be a biological difference that causes it? I personally never have that problem because by the time I go to bed I am so exhausted from the day's challenges that I don't have the luxury of worrying about anything else. My sympathies go out to you.

Watch congressional speeches on C-Span, and your mind will be completely void of any thoughts in just a few minutes - if you can stay awake that long. If that doesn't do it, put on some music you like and work a crossword puzzle, read, or play a computer game like mah jong.

At 8 months previous, he could desire to be conserving his head up o.k.. My advice *as I had a bottomless pit as nicely* is to no longer provide cereal in a bottle, yet make a soupy blend of the OATMEAL cereal and spoon feed it to him maximum appropriate in the previous mattress. that's going to be thicker than what he's getting out of the bottle. be sure you fill him up with the cereal in the previous letting him drink a great variety of formulation. you may attempt bananas or pears in the process the day time as nicely. regardless of the certainty that he could take formulation in between, attempt solids for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and attempt to start a time table that way. yet another factor to attempt is while he gets up at night, do no longer refer to him, shop the lights off or low. Rock him and supply him his bottle, and as quickly as he's completed, positioned him decrease back in mattress. it is going to take a at an analogous time as, besides the incontrovertible fact that it may help.

Other than the obvious of using drugs and alcohol, the best things are reading, prayer, meditation, and simple exhaustion from a hard day's work. Also, love yourself and be comfortable with who you are and where you are at in life.

All the best!

Put in your favorite comedy movie... the one that makes you laugh so hard you cry and fall out of your chair. I'm a sucker for Saving Silverman and any of the Austin Powers movies, but that's just me.
