Have you ever looked at a best friend or friend or someone you just met for the first time but have been talking to them for a long time and thought in your head "ugly" but you didn't mean to think ugly? then it makes you feel guilty like you don't deserve them?

It's not unusual for a stray thought to pop into mind now and then. The brain hits a glitch on occasion.

That's horrible. Try not to do that. It's very shallow and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want someone thinking that about you. I know you can't control your thoughts but you just really have to work on not thinking that way. It's possible. I've done it. I used to (and still do at times) have really bad thoughts. Not about thinking people are ugly but about other things. Just work on it. I know you don't want to think that way about anyone.

OH I think a lot of people are ugly, but I keep that to myself.
Do not feel guilty, it is your thoughts and even if they are ugly, you can still be friends with them...maybe after getting to know them thay will not be so ugly.

I sometimes think ugly thoughts, but never about appearance unless it's obvious lack of personality. But most of my thoughts are homocidal and very entertaining.
