it is for my rackmount case and the power supply sits in the front with all the connections comming out the back. that means the internal and external connections are all in the back and it pigtails to a connection in the back of the case to get the ac cord out,

check the requirements of the system board, hard drive, and other internal case.
what type power connector, how many hard drives, cd, floppy, additional power the system cpu board has, other cooling fans.
