Did you breast feed? That helps in taking the stomach down significantly. Well you know it for next time. Sets of sit ups everyday, smart diet will help trim your stomach.

Well not quite, you depending on your health conditions should get wtih your doctor and put together a easy diet-fitness plan. That you can follow, and maybe you could find a way to include your baby in some of the exercise. Plus breast-feeding will help, cause you'll lose some calories.

Breast feeding is an excellent way to loose weight, but if you are breast feeding don't take dietary pills because the baby is still feeding off you. After you final check up you can start doing crunches.Talk to a nutritionist and have them help you build a diet just for you so you know that it works.

It depends on how long ago you had your baby. It takes between four and six weeks for your placenta to shrink back down to normal size. If it really is fat from the pregnancy, try eating a little bit less during meals, and exercizing a little bit more during the day. Sit ups and crunches will target the belly fat.

Well in order to lose the weight, exercise helps. Also, if you're breastfeeding your baby you will lose calories as well. It takes time.
