Its always during one certain class. I get 7-8 hours of sleep every night and eat a good breakfast. I have no idea what causes this.

Maybe the subject isn't your cup of tea....try maybe associating the subject with something that does interest you in life....for example, if you are learning geography and hate it, but love animals, try to envision different animals for every country, state, region etc...maybe it'll work...you get my point though?

Make sure you drink plenty of water during the day.
You haven't said which class it is. Is it after lunch?

If so, look at what you had for lunch....nothing? You should eat.
Did you eat mcdonalds? Heavy meals make people tired.

I recommend eating an apple and drinking water before the class. That will allow your body to digest a little sugar slowly over a long period of time.

Don't eat a to big of breakfast. Also try not to sleep to much. If you sleep to much that can make you sleepy to. It could also be that the class is boring. Talk to your councilor at school about it.

MMMmm.... same thing happens to me because certain classes/teachers make me tired. Try eating a mint or candy or anything with sugar or even food to give you more energy, its what works best for me.

Don't let the teacer catch you.

But if you want to stay awake, take 2 caffene pills with a monster, it works, just don't do it often, do it for finals.
