No, I do not think it is bad.... the soap & water will wash it all away...

No it is not bad to pee in the shower. I do it from time to time. The water of the shower will wash the urine down the drain.

Why can't you use the toilet like an adult instead of peeing in the tub/shower like a little kid?

It depends if you are a hygienic person. If you really have to go it's okay. But you really should use the toilet. That's what it's there for.
