They are expanding and want me to be in change of x-rays and pharmacy )once its going). How do I begin to discuss pay if offered the job? They also want to train me for MA!? So theres even more! Any ideas?

You must first determine your own worth !! then request about one third more in salary. that way you can negotiate down making them happy they took advantage of you and you feeling great you got what you wanted.
Always remember you are a commodity they need and must have. You are the only one you have so sell it wisely.
You do not wait for them to offer a salary .You look them in the eye at the interview and state If you are considering me for the job I would like to know every thing expected of me. all of your requirements and demands . I do not at this time wish to discuss salary. I never want monetary considerations to cloud my judgments in choosing a career move such as this.
This statement sends a clear message you are not willing to work for peanuts, you are careful in your decisions and it also shows you are willing to control your future.
Do not sell your self short.

I would ask for a day to consider their offer, then write up a formal proposal outlining your interests in pay, bonuses, benefits, etc for their consideration & the negotiation begins.

You let them bring up pay, and then you negotiate.
You legally cannot be in charge of a pharmacy, only a pharmacist can be.
