Yes, I remember that episode. I was wondering why ol' June was walking kinda funny on that particular show. LOL

It just shows the mentality of us humans. In the 50's we were not as sex crazed as nowadays. Everything; movies, t.v., books, radio, internet, computer games and our everyday talk is always to include sex. We are not shocked but it and have become desensitized to it. In the 50's, what June Cleaver said was just a concern to Ward not her trying to be provocative and everyone knew it.

You're right, that is so cute & provocative at the same time! I grew up in the 50's so I can really relate. PS Hugh Beaumont (Mr. Cleaver) was one of my dad's oldest friends (both in show biz).

that was the way of getting around the censors. On the old 5 dollar bills you could read the sord SEX in lincolns beard. Not kidding it has been redesigned but up until about ten years ago it was easy to see.
