im 14 years old hispanic and im 5' 9'' i'm tall but i know some blac people that are 15 years old and 6'1 or something ( a year apart)

Africans live(d) in areas where it was really never cold, so their muscles never contracted. It also helped that they always worked on agriculture, so they kept active.

Not all are tall, it just depends on their genetic background. Some African Americans/Africans descend from tall groups of people, whether Native American, African, or European.
