i had lunch with this asome girl... we ended up sharing the same plate and drink

It means you shared the same plate and drink. Without more information it is difficult to tell you want this means psychologically except you like this person and felt comfortable with her and sound like a reasonable healthy woman.

I would say she likes you and is very comfortable with you, she thinks you are a very nice person and has a lot of trust in you.
I don't know how long you know her, but I see you both going out together.
