If you are going to pick your mate solely by astrology, you are a little ridiculous. Capricorns aren't compatible with many other signs (I am one), so we'd be screwed. I did, however, date a man that was a Cancer, and we got along great. My best friend is one also. We are polar opposites on the charts. I truly think it doesn't matter. If you are a good person, you are loving, it doesn't matter what "sign" a person is. Judge them based on their character. In the end, that will be the only thing that matters. Because, think about it. How many people that are the sign you are compatible with are "perfect" for you? And as a mother, maybe you should be teaching your daughter that there are other factors behind finding someone you love.
