Well like most police techniques...its 99% deception involved. You have to think like one to catch one. You have to live in the gutter to catch the gutter fish. Dateline can put you in touch with the cyber patrol that they use. Be prepared for some pretty low-life exposure and Im pretty sure its voluntary....not paid. Most gaming sites and some networking sites are full of them in chats.
