You might find it easier to find something in the library. Or ask around older friends and acquaintances to see if they have an old baby dress pattern. Many people have patterns in their home that they have never even used! And cute baby clothes just never go out of style. Especially since you are a beginner, I would go with a pattern that has instructions.

I've ordered from Butterick on line, and been happy with their service.

Since you're new to sewing, why not shop at a thrift shop for both baby bib and a dress.
Take a single-edge razor and open the dress's seams until you've got several clean pattern forms. Trace each piece on a piece of brown kraft paper and cut them out. Don't forget to mark the seam allowances and be sure to cut out all the notches the dress used, too.
The baby bib is easier, just add 1/2 inch to the outline for seams and you've got your pattern. Generally each dress pattern that you'd _buy_ will allow for increasing the size somewhat. It's good to see the finished product and how it looks before being sewn together.
This way you'll see the seam allowances the dress has and how each piece fits together with the finished dress.
Good Luck and happy sewing.

Any fabric store has patterns for baby clothes. Each pattern gives you step by step assembly instructions. They even offer, what they call "EASY" patterns. I would suggest you purchase a beginners sewing book, to familiarize yourself with terms, and to use as a reference.
