A trantric massage is a massage that is designed to enhance sexual arousal and keep it at or near the orgasmic peak without the release of orgasm. I've attached a link to the more philosophical answer. :-D
It is intensly plesureable and relaxing and usually does not involve sexual intercourse.

Are you saying that getting the third level of this "massage" includes climaxing? Uh, that ain't a "massage" where I come from. Damn, now I feel robbed! I've given facials that put my clients to sleep before, and never did they climax, but I know they must have come close! (no pun intended) Talk to your boyfriend and see how he feels about this. Its a massage performed while both parties are in a state of sexual arousal, but not actually having sexual intercourse.
