I think what that means is that since your life is consistently changing, the "truth" as you see it is consistently changing, therefore, truth can be a lie, because it changes, and it is never what is was before. If you were to say to your friend "I love you," then find out later that you don't because of some reason, the statement that you said before can be considered a lie in a way, but you were not aware that is was when you said it. So in a way, truth is a consistent lie.

I disagree with your statement. But I suppose for the sake of argument, you might say that truth is a very convincing lie, with no holes. The problem with lies is that they are inconsistent. They have holes & don't hold up in the long run. If someone were a very good liar, they may be able to keep up a pretense very well & not make any mistakes so that the lie would never be uncovered & would appear to be truth. If you were really cynical I guess you might think that there is no truth & that everything is a lie. I'm a little pessimistic but I'm not quite that fatalistic! I still believe in truth...even though there is a lot of deception out there...I hope I'm astute enough to tell the difference...(I'm pretty cautious & have a suspicious nature so I wouldn't be easily fooled...)

Understanding of Positive & Negative Remarks;
In fact all the knowledge comes through our experience, and if something does not come into our experience then we put the negative remarks, like "no", it is not like that.
For thinkers, they should understand that a negative remarks cannot be made first (this is the begining rule of understanding), logically and scientifically there is always a positive remarks first.
If our urge for seeking is true, then a negative remark is also highly helpful, e.g. in older theories there is a concept of but most thinkers are of the view that there is no such evidence possible, but as there urge was true, they self criticize there own statement and search for the mental phenomenon to have the materialistic evidence to proof.
This is natural instinct, if person is honest, he seeks also from the negative remarks.
Now your statement, if it is yours or any ones, it is clearly a negative remark, even from gramatical sense. Hense judge this positive remarks (an opposite infact) "Truth is not a lie".
Hense if you want to find the reality, you have investigate both the sides, positive & negative. There are some orthodox, rigid or hatred persons, who always stand on negative remarks, and never trie to investigate its other side.
Hopefully you will analyse by your self what above statement means, without anyones aid.
Bring this rule to your life, it will un-fold many secrets, which are concealed by the scholars under there body, they never open these types of rules in public, why! Just research why they conceal or corrupt the truth with negative remarks, does this helps to conceal the truth in fact!

Truth is only a perception. We create it for ourselves. We do not have enough RAM to know what Absolute Universal Truth really is. No matter what truth one embraces, there will be others who see it as a lie. We are the ones making the difference.
Is the glass half empty or half full? We decide.

Truth is consistent. A lie is not...
If you're in denial then truth is a PERSISTENT lie!!! A lie is never, ever consistent. It falls apart when up against the truth....

By the time it gets to you, it would have been either reworde, stretched, mordified or a perception. So would it be the truth or a lie.

Truth is absolute. If there is anything that is obscure from accuracy, it is untrue. It's contradictory to say that truth has anything to do with a lie.

if your perception of the truth is that it is the truth, it is, dog. someone else's perception may not see it that way. I would not say it is a lie, just an un-truth.
