I already advertise on craigslist.org and with fairly good results, as well as monster.com. I need some fresh ideas? My company is not a get rich quick scheme, but a solid company, US Chamber of Commerce member and BBB member to start with, so please don't suggest those kind of sites as I want real people not people looking to get something with no work.
I can't mention my company for fear of being accused of spam, but it is mostly computer, a bit of phone and taking applications.

You are doing it right now......getting exposure. Networking sites will be the key for you....source out people who are now or have been involved with direct marketing....thats what they do..its in the blood.
