I apologize, I met european immigrants at the turn of the 20 th century, 1900's. When German, Irish, Italians, ect. immigrated to the U.S . Ellis Island.

See this is the thing:Europeans viewed land as property, most of the rest of the world did not feel or believe that the land belonged to anyone,that's the thing

By whose standards? Whose laws are we talking about here?

The whole problem stems from the lack of an immigration policy on the part of the Native Americans.

They should have told all those white boys to go back to their country and to not bring their stinkin' "English" over here!

Why not? It was an unsettled country with no organized government. The so-called "native Americans", had no more legal right to come here than Europeans did. They didn't evolve here, they came here just like we did.

i wouldnt say exactly that they had the legal right, but as other people said, its was not an organized-government country

you are a prime example of the dumbed down MTV generation.

when eurpoeans came here, it was not a country. indians had no organized government and no immigration laws. in fact, they didn't even know how big this country was.

so no the eurpeans broke no laws by coming here.
