Your body will tell you when you are ready to accept some self pleasure.. Have no shame as it is a perfectly normal way for your body to feel.. A healthy body will feel the first urge during growing up, I will not say an age as we are all different.. Don't listen to anyone who tells you it's bad for you , it's been a way of human life since time began....
