Is smoking weed a bad thing? What do you think about the people who smoke weed??

It's a drug, I know many people who smoke it and they are flly functioning members of society. It isn't NEARLY as bad as people make it out to be. I used to smoke, I quit a while back no reason really just felt like I didn't need to or anything I don't look down on others for doing it unless it completely takes over there life, which I have seen only a few times. in general if you do it eery once in a while it's pretty fun, I suggest it to anyone who is thinking about doing it.

I've tried pot a few times and I came to realize the only thing fun about it was that I was getting away with something. Other than that, it sucked.

I have a lot of friends who smoke pot ( well, acquaintances anyway). One of them has a daughter...She thinks pot is good for her and should be legal. However, it is still illegal, and just for that fact she shouldn't do it. It would be different if she didn't have a daughter, but if she gets caught, it's going to affect her kid.

Its a relatively harmless thing to do. Less dangerous for your health than cigarettes, less retarded than alcohol, etc.

Everyones different. I've met enough pot smokers to know that no two are alike. Plus, I usually do my best not to stereotype any group, so what do I think about "people who smoke weed"? Nothin at all.

i think that is should be legal but only for people who are 21 and older like drinking. it is a natural plant that grows out of the ground. but if you are thinking of trying it then wait till you are atleast 18 years old because you brain is still developing and if you start smoking that stuff too soon then you can retard your brain growth! Have you ever met someone who has been smoking it for twenty years and started when they were in there early teens, they never grow up they are immature forever! pluse you should only do that stuff to relax.

i feel that pot is not as dangerous as people make it seem. I have smoked pot a few times and have found it to be kind of boring. I feel that pot could even have medical benefits no one has ever known about. who knows.

I think it is the 100% safer than alcohol and if it were to be legalized there would be alot of money in it for the government and create huge profits for struggling farmers. I think there is definite medical uses for it, especially for cancer victims. Oh but then the government wouldn't get all that money from busting harmless potheads. I guess once arresting and fining people for it becomes unprofitable, it will be legalized

I think there's a time and place for everything; including pot.

Blaze before work - no.
Before paying bills or putting food on the table - no.

Everything in moderation; and when it's appropriate.

Is it bad; when it's done in an inappropriate manner, then yes. If handled with respect and care; no.

pot is so much better than both alcohol and cigarettes, and i'll give you a perfect example for both.....have you ever heard of anyone driving their car onto a sidewalk, and into a crowd of people, because they were too stoned? no, you havent, but i have heard of several people doing it because they were too drunk! and, never heard of anybody getting lung cancer, or any other kind of cancer, from smoking pot, right? there it is there!
