I think that it's a great thing to be so unselfish in the love that you are trying to give to another couple. I don't know much about the surrogate situation, but I will say this. Make sure this is what you really want to do. I'm a mother of 2 lil boys and a baby on the way and I know the attachment that comes along with a growing belly and kicking feet. You have to realize that it may be very hard for you to "give up" the baby. I am not saying this to discourage you; I just want you to be sure about your decision. Whatever you decide will be what is best for you. I wish you luck

Hey, I think it's great that you want to share the gift of life! I almost did once, but the parties involved changed their minds. It was within our family, and my hubby wouldn't agree to it outside our immediate family, so.... Now I have high BP and am not a candidate to surrogate. Go for it! You should check on the Internet and look at surrogate sites. But check them out carefully.
Also, some adoption agencies may be able to put you in contact with possible clients. Be sure to get legal representation for yourself so there are no loose strings. Good luck!

What a very self-less and honorable choice to make!

Many agencies and intended parents look for someone that has already experienced child birth to ensure they know "what they are getting into"! I suggest you check out http://www.surromomsonline.com for articles, insight, and a message board community that will help you with any questions you may have. They even have a section for advertising so you can find the perfect agency or couple to work with!

If you go into this well-educated about the requirements and expectations for the process, it could quite possibly be one of the most rewarding things you do in your life.

Best of luck to you!

You're very sweet to want to help someone else out. Perhaps you could ask about it at your local hospital. There are so many couples out there that want a baby and would love to find someone willing to give them that chance. God bless you!
