Does it change sides ? maybe it hurts on the left this time but the right next time around? Is it possibly your ovaries? Does it seem to come at about 2 week intervals or is it constant?

When I use to ovulate, I use to get the worst kind of dull, throbbing pain right where you describe. It only lasted 24 hours once a month or so but damn, I'll never forget how that ached!

I get my menstrual cramps back there, especially on the left side. When it is a real bad month it pulsates, and sometimes even shoots down my behind on the left side. The doctor says it is because my uterus is tilted and that this is pretty common. You should still get checked out just to be safe- Bladder infection pain can be felt back there too, and if you have one of those no amount of water or cranberry juice is going to cure it- those are just ways to prevent one. Once it is a full blown infection you need an antibiotic! I've even ended up hospitalized over this in the past, because if you don't get treated soon enough it goes up into your kidneys and you get dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea. I hope you feel better soon!

The pain in the back sounds like kidney, and ya need a lot of water and cranberry juice.
Now, the front pain can be either ovaries, bladder, or just the pain coming around from the back.
I would go to the dr.'s A.S.A.P.
take care! ♥

sounds like a bladder infection if it across your back..drink plenty of water and cranberry juice.

If if is in you back and pelvic area you may have a PID....get checked out asap by your dr. or go to the local clinic.
