rebooting may not help in removing spywares. you can use free anti spyware programs for that purpose

rebooting is easy. if u have windows, click the start button and then click turn off computer and then another window should come up and click restart. If u have spyware problem do u have an internet security program that watches for that as well?

No it wont help at all, you need to clean your system of the Spyware or it will never go away. Go to http://www.download.com and search for Spyware Search & Destroy.....It is a free spyware cleaner and it should clean up your system.

to remove spyware, try downloading Spybot

do a google search
