I've only heard of the estimation of approx. 100 billion galaxies in the observable universe. But as light from the entire universe has not reached us yet, we may well have trillions of galaxies in the 'entire' universe...but we can really only estimate for the observable universe.

I just searched for 'number of galaxies' on Google and it says the estimate is around 100 billion. That isn't to say there aren't more in the observable universe, but that's the current estimate.
100,000,000,000 is still a large number.

Hi. Yes. The number of galaxies VISIBLE TO HUBBLE that are hidden behind the Moon is estimated at 50,000. And Hubble does not see anywhere near them all.
