Night.
Strictly because I have to be at school by 7:15, and I want all the sleep I can get. Plus, I find it fits into my day easier, if I take it at night, I don't have to worry about running late because I blew a fuse trying to run a straightner and a hair dryer at the same time.

I love getting out of bed before my kids, filling up the bath and laying in it for about half an hour, relaxing and reflecting on what I have to do for the day. I've found it the best way to wake in the morning. A relaxing bath is good at night time, but if it's been a hot one like it is today, a cool shower just before jumping into bed, works a treat.

I shower when ever I feel the need sometimes morning and sometimes night. I am not exactly a creature of habit, I like to switch things up once in a while, I am going to Walmart here in a while and before I go I am going to jump (not literally in the shower) I need a few things and it is the weekend so I think I will buy a 6 pack of beer and look for a new movie for my son. I have liquid soap on the bathroom sinks it does not leave such a mess, but in the shower, I use bar soap, so my answer to that poll question is both, and I carry the Purell in my purse, just in case...

Hot relaxing, soaking BATH at night....Then refreshing shower in the morning! Bath at night helps me sleep better then shower in the AM wakes me up.

I traveled for many years in my work. The biggest of the very few advantages of that sort of life was that I could do both. Start the day feeling clean and fresh (sounds like a commercial???), and not nicer way to go to bed when alone than a relaxing shower at night.
