The body continues to grow, after puberty until full physical maturity, which varies but ends around age 21

Girls usually finish growing two years after the onset of puberty (approx. age 15).
Boys usually finish growing by age 17.

Of course, these are only general rules of thumb and can vary in some degree with each individual.

No, some parts of a man continue to grow with use. One man increased his size tenfold, simply by engaging in non-stop activity for four days. At the end he said, Wow.

No. You still have your adult body to grow in to. There is still a great deal of change psychologically also.
