I subscribed to this due to the 30 day money back guarantee. Well, it completely sucks and I can't figure out how to cancel. There is a faq which has a link to unsubscribe, but it is a blank page. Aside from reversing the charges on my card, I don't know what to do. Anyone have any contact information for them???

I found their service to be addiquit for the amount of money you spend on it. Considering regular cable can be from 20-100 dollars MONTHLY, the have a one time fee and you never have to pay for it again.... as well, since I have been a member, in just around 5 months, they have added over 100 chanels. But, if you go to the website, and click on the to pof the screen it says :tech support". there is a phone number there, call it.
