I heard a song on XM radio the other day but didn't see the name of it or the band who sings it.
Basically he is singing to his parents, that they were right about a lot of things and he was wrong, figuring it out when he was older. It is a rock song and probably played on Ethel.

I know for sure it is not Hate Me. The song actually says something like "you were right" then something about realizing it when he was older.
