Just starting a business so looking for grants to help me get things going better. Need a grant to help buy a home so I can do more with my business(fix to my needs). Get a grant so I can get a prothstetic. I am also visually impaired, my friends have helped me get this far on the computer (just learning the computer. I keep hearing that there is programs out there for people like me but can't find anyone to help with this problem. Basicly my last resort.

This does't actually address your question, but since you're learning the computer and have a visibility problem (as do I) you might want to get in touch with your state's Commission for the Blind.
I'm in SC and have gottena computer program installed here by them. It makes everything stand out and enlarges the text way more than will be found in your computer's settings. Once you've enrolled with the Commission, they'll pick up the tab for a whole slew of stuff you may find helpful, from audio books and headphones, audio tape players. There is also a "reader" which enlarges the text of any reading material and it plays on your television screen. I'm not sure of the names of these programs cause I didn't install them. They do send out professionals who work for the Commission and help you with your computing. Also the Commission has education that will help you cope with the vision problems and all of this is free.
Now as far as the grants are concerned, you'll prob. have to Google (search) for them.
Grants are exceedingly difficult to apply for and actually get, but I do wish you good luck on trying it anyway.
