I think they are. Skirts should be from the knee down. That is just my opinion.

I'm from the south and a girl in a mini-skirt, depending on the girl's figure and legs, can be very sexy. If she is a good looking girl, I wouldn't say it's trashy, I would say it's sexy! And it also depends on the skirt. Some skirts are just horrid to look at. Some are nice to look at. And it depends on where you are. If you are in church, don't where a mini skirt. If you are going out or going to the beach, a mini skirt is awesome! This is my honest opinion. Come on Summer!

No I wear them all the time and I don't see how they are considered trashy. I can wear them and all is good. Never had a problem feeling trashy or anyone telling me they thought they were. My grandma don't wear her skirt to her knees and she's old...

Mini skirts aren't necessarily trashy it matters if yo have the right shoes with it and the right accessories to Match

Depending on where you wear them and how you wear them and whether you should even BE wearing them, it depends. Britney Spears in a mini is very trashy. Short-petite girls with good taste - not trashy.

Not all mini skirts are trashy. If you when you bend over your stuff is hanging out, that is trashy. Otherwise it is okay. :)
