Depends on how much you want to spend.

Send them flowers (EVERYONE loves to receive flowers!)

Bake them a goodies basket with cookies and brownies

Buy presents (earrings, perfume, etc.)

Gift certificate to get a mani or pedi or head/neck massage.

Buy one of those super cute little teeny books they sell at Borders/Barnes & Noble about friendship.

Make them something (can you knit? sew? draw?)

Good luck!

Why don't you plan a special get-together for them and tell them how you feel. I like the Dollar Store for small gifts. You have a large variety of affordable gifts from soup to nuts and cards too.
Think of what each friends interests are and buy accordingly.
The White Musk perfume is great. Tops are $6.-8. The foam slippers ($4.) are extremely comfortable. They have candies I
hadn't seen since my youth. Go have a ball.

Write a poem or letter about how much each of their friendships mean to you, then frame them. I did that for a friend for Christmas, and he loved it.
