When you exercise and then later masturbate, will your workout still be fruitful one?

I am not sure why but i have got to masturbate almost everyday.any side effects if you masturbate everyday?
i am trying to work on my abs and does me masturbating have anything to do with my abs not turning out well?

Assuming that you do not damage your penile tissue when you masturbate, it shouldn't be of any concern how often you do it. You don't mention your age, but younger men tend to masturbate more often than older men (a gross generality, but statiscally true). How you masturbate (dry, using lube of some sort, using a sex toy) can determine whether or not you develop any side effects. The most common side effect is irritation of the penis from masturbation that is too rough or too dry. This can lead to tissue breakdown, inflammation and possibly skin infections or sores, so generally it's a good idea to use some sort of safe lube to reduce the friction and possible tissue damage. Don't use any substance that can cause you to feel a burning sensation, such as Ben-Gay, linament, etc. Use water-based or hand lotion type lubes (unless you're using a condom, then DO NOT use anything except water-based lubes) to reduce this possible side effect.

Masturbation mainly exercises your hand, wrist and maybe arm, and has little if any effect on any of your abdominal muscles. So, unless you're neglecting your abs work-out exercises so you can masturbate more often, there should be no connection why one part of your "work out" is turning out so well, while the other is not.

masturbation has no effect on your body at all as far as muscle growth. if you masturbate every day the only side effect i know of is when you finally find a woman you wont be able to get off with her because your hand is the only stimulation you have known.
