Ignition switch to on wait for coil light to go out then turn key to start. Don't pump the throttle pedal or any other thing you may think of. Just wait until its ticking over nicely anddrive off. The engine control unit will automatically compensate for a cold engine and up the revs accordingly, if you hit the throttle and rev it up this will cancel the warm up cycle or choke as would have been called.

i own a repair shop,and if everything is right on it,all you should have to do is turn on the key and let the glow plugs warm up,and when the light goes off it should start right up,if it doesn't ,it has something causing it not to,and this is usually a dirty filter,that's the most common cause of one not starting right,good luck,i hope this help,s.
