yes... go to file, then import music from folder, and set it to your c drive... voi-la... music

Click Add folder
Click the folder your music is in
I think you can just click C: drive and it will scan the whole computer but, like windows media player, you'll get lots of other sounds like the startup sound

When I first opened my computer it asked me whether i wanted to search for music files, so I did..
I think that is the newest version though.

Yes, click file and the option is right there.
