hi,
You are saying that you are using winproxy server to access Internet so every program that require Internet connection, need proxy server setting.
Here You want to access your Yahoo & MSN Messenger so, just going to preferance in Yahoo & "tools->options" in MSN Messenger for setup your proxy server setting.
So just take your winproxy server IP address & Port for seting where you want to need it.

Use Your-Freedom to access yahoo and msn messenger.
you can get Your-Freedom At
http://your-freedom.net/
simply download Windows version ,make an account in Freedom
and set proxy server.
