Delete unnecessary programs and defragment your computer.

If you don't know how to do all of that, call your computer's helpline. :]

Defragmenting your computer puts all the files side-by-side and clears up the free space that no files can fit.

You need to close some programs or buy a new processor and motherboard to reduce the load. i suggest the Intel Core 2 Duo

all that helps, defrag isn't really too much for proccessor speed. You may want to download some adware scanning programs such as spybot search and destroy and see if that helps. I run daily scans and that seems to help.

go to processes and find out which one is takin up most memory. If it's an application, close it.

If you have no experience, usually u can close User ones but not most system ones.
