All Eagles, Owls and Birds of prey. The weakest nestling is gobbled by other nestlings or the parent to ensure the survival and hygiene.

It is also believed that some animals eat off their first birth kids for nutrition (in case they give birth to 4 to 5 babies).

I think gulls and some other birds eat their young. Usually when the food suppl is scarce or the population is dense. Usually it is the male gulls that are more likely to eat the eggs or young.
